- 1 1/3 cups Idahoan® Original Mashed Potatoes
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cans (10 1/2 oz. each) Campbell's® Turkey Gravy
- 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
- 2 Cups cubed cooked turkey
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Place water margarine and salt in medium sauce-pan. Heat to a boil over high heat. Remove from heat. Stir in milk. Slowly stir in Idahoan® Original Mashed Potatoes. Set aside.
Stir Gravy, vegetables and turkey in a 10" skillet over medium heat. Heat to a boil. Cover an cook over low heat 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
Spoon potatoes over turkey mixture. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes. Cover and heat through.

NOTE: All microwaves vary and heating times may have to be adjusted.
1. Combine water, milk, salt, and margarine* according to serving chart in microwave-safe serving bowl.
2. Microwave on high setting, approximately 2 minutes for 2 servings, 4 minutes for 4 servings.
3. Remove from microwave.
4. Stir in potatoes to moisten. Serve.
* Butter may be substituted for margarine.
