- 1 4-oz package Idahoan® Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, dry
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 large leeks, sliced
- 2 13 3⁄4-oz. cans vegetable or chicken broth
- 1⁄8 tsp. ground black pepper
Melt butter in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat.
Add sliced leeks and cook 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
Add broth and pepper. Heat to boiling. Stir in dry Idahoan® Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes until mixture has thickened.

1. Measure 2 cups cold water into a microwave serving bowl.*
2. Stir in pouch of Idahoan® Potatoes.
3. Microwave on HIGH for 3 to 4 minutes.
4. Stir well and serve.
*For a creamier or thicker texture, add more or less water.
