Description

This traditional Irish dish takes on a new flavor with Idahoan Baby Reds® Flavored Mashed. Add kale or cabbage plus all the traditional fixings you like. And be sure to top with a generous dollop of butter. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1 package Idahoan Baby Reds® Flavored Mashed
  • 1 bunch kale or cabbage chopped
  • 4 cloves of finely minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt & pepper
Instructions

Prepare potatoes according to package directions. Lightly saute garlic in butter and oil. Add kale and chopped green onions and cook until wilted. Stir mixture along with drippings into the mashed potatoes. Take the back of a large spoon and make an indentaiton into the potatoes. Top with a generous dollop of butter.
