Art's Italian Stuffed Mushrooms
Description

An Italian family favorite with all our favorite Italian foods: Italian ground sausage, mozzarella cheese, olive oil and sundried tomatoes. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1 package Idahoan® Italian Romano White Cheese Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 lb. mild or hot Italian ground sausage
  • 1 package shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp. chopped sun dried tomatoes
Instructions

Prepare potatoes according to package directions.Add bacon and half of shredded cheese to mashed potatoes.Remove stems from clean mushrooms and stuff with mixture. Sprinkle the top of mushrooms with remaining shredded cheese. Spread olive oil and 1 tbsp of chopped garlic on a baking sheet. Place mushrooms gently on sheet and bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Be careful not to over bake mushrooms.
