Preparation Instruction

Stove Top Preparation

1. Measure boiling water into a serving bowl according to the chart below.*
2. Add in Idahoan® potatoes all at once according to the chart below, using a fork to moisten all potatoes. Let stand one minute.
3. Stir well and serve.

Microwave Preparation

(Microwaves vary - heating time is approximate.)

1. Measure cold water into a microwave serving bowl according to the chart below.*
2. Add in Idahoan® potatoes all at once according to the chart below, using a fork to moisten all potatoes.
3. Microwave on HIGH for approximately 2 minutes for 2 servings, 4 minutes for 4 servings.
4. Stir well and serve.

For a creamier mashed potato, stir in additional hot water or milk.
